Our attractive rural retreat has beautiful gardens, which is the ideal venue for your special day and perfect setting for your treasured photographs. Our professional wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to help you plan your arrangements from start to finish, tailoring your day to meet your individual requirements.

Wedding Ceremony...
Why not hold your wedding ceremony at the hotel? The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel holds a civil service licence to enable you to hold your marriage ceremony and reception under one roof.
Please contact the registrar directly to organise the official civil arrangements for your civil ceremony.
The Hampton Suite with its original beams and brickwork stands separately from the main hotel building. Originally the hayloft dates back to the 16th Century. The Hampton Suite is completely self-contained with its own private bar and dance floor.
We only hold one wedding a day.

Our high standards of food and service have established us as a reputable wedding venue. Our wedding package starts from £3000.00 including VAT based on 50 day guests and 50 evening guests.

If you are one of the growing numbers of couples who are deciding to marry abroad but still want to share your celebrations with your family and friends when you return, or if you are looking for an informal celebration, we can host an evening celebration to reflect your special day.
Our Evening Wedding Package starts from £2000.00 including VAT based on 100 guests.

Accommodation...
At The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel we combine the charm of the original hotel features with all the modern facilities and creature comforts.
The Bride and Groom can relax at the end of their special day in our romantic bridal suite, complete with a four-poster bed which is complimentary when booking our wedding package.
Please discuss additional bedroom accommodation with our wedding co-ordinator and we will be happy to offer a special overnight accommodation rate to any guests wishing to stay with us.
