Our motto is “inviting hotels in stunning locations” and whether you choose one of our hotels by the coast, in the country or in the city, you will find exactly that. Each of our hotels has been chosen because it’s in one of Britain’s finest resorts or areas, often occupying a prominent position.

Our aim is to provide excellent quality breaks at good value prices, delivered by friendly and professional staff in warm and welcoming surroundings. Each of our hotels is a character property with its own unique charm and ambience and a number of our properties offer additional leisure facilities.

The Coast & Country brand was established in December 2008. Since its inception we have consistently invested in upgrading the hotels, bedrooms, public areas and facilities in line with the hotel industry’s three-star rating.

Investors In People Award Coast & Country Hotels are totally committed to the training, development and well being of all of our people. Investors in People is a nationally recognised framework that helps organisations to improve their performance and realise their objectives through the effective management and development of their people. Having Investors in People accreditation involves working to a sophisticated framework of best practice. Regular Independent reviews are undertaken independently by Investors In People assessors to ensure that companies who have achieved accreditation continue to work within this framework.

British Travel Award The British Travel Awards are the UK's leading consumer travel awards. Voted for by the Great British public, an award nomination from the BTA is a seal of approval from the people who really matter – our customers. For this reason, we were delighted to receive recognition from the BTAs in 2014, as a finalist in the award for Best UK Mid-scale Hotel Group.

TripAdvisor Certificate Of Excellence The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award is given to hotels that consistently achieve outstanding reviews from guests on Trip Advisor. In order to qualify for the award, hotels need to maintain an overall 4-star or above TripAdvisor rating as well as receiving a qualifying number of reviews. Receiving this prestigious award places a hotel in the top-performing 10% of all hotels worldwide on TripAdvisor, so we're incredibly proud of our hotels that have obtained this recognition.

Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant

The Trusted Merchant award is only available to Feefo merchants, and based upon the data received over the duration of the previous year.

To gain Gold Trusted Merchant status, a business is required to receive an average Service Rating of between 95% and 100%, over a minimum number of individual feedbacks.

The ratings and reviews collated by Feefo are verified via review data, which ensures that only those guests that have genuinely stayed with us are invited to provide feedback.
