Meetings and Events at The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel

The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel offers a choice of 9 meeting and event rooms, all recently refurbished with brand new state of the art plasma screens and built in LCD Projectors. All of the meeting rooms are bright and airy with plenty of natural daylight.

The Hampton Suite is a fully self- contained Conference & Events centre, seating up to 170 delegates in a theatre style. The Suite offers lots of natural day light, complimentary WiFi and built-in LCD Projectors. The large private foyer is ideal for refreshment breaks, registration or a breakout space and the three adjacent syndicate rooms are ideally located. This is the perfect space for conferences and training as well as smaller exhibitions. With a private bar and dance floor, the Hampton Suite also lends itself perfectly to private dinners and banquets.

The two purpose built meeting rooms, The Walton and Barford Rooms are both ideal venues for training and other business activities.

We recognise that no two events are the same, but our dedicated and experienced staff will help you plan your event right down to the very last detail. Although we have a range of rooms full of character, each meeting and event room have similar features, such as:

  • Flip Chart and pens
  • Stationery box
  • Speaker phone

We are happy to arrange further equipment upon request with our preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual requirements, including set design and sound systems.

Before you arrive, all equipment in your meeting room will be checked and will be available at least 30 minutes before your meeting or event is due to commence.

When you arrive at the hotel, your dedicated conference host will meet you to run through your event details, and things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating messages on the day.

we are proud to have held some wonderful wedding receptions. Our hotel with its stunning setting makes it a perfect location for a truly memorable reception. When you combine this with our stunning gardens and the lake you can understand why we are popular. Your biggest decision will be where to have the photos taken, you will be spoilt for choice!

We are an ideal choice for small conferences and meetings. We can take up to 60 delegates in our Oak Room or for a smaller venue up to 26 in the Garden Suite.

The Oak Room as its name suggests is an old Oak Panelled Room making it a great backdrop for a wedding reception.

The Garden Suite offers views across our gardens and the sea beyond. It is light and airy and an excellent choice for a conference or small meeting.

We offer attention to detail that will ensure you wedding reception, conference or meeting runs smoothly for you.

Grand Atlantic Hotel, Weston-Super-Mare

Wedding Receptions.

We are an excellent choice for a wedding reception with arguably the best venue in Weston Super Mare. Our Glastonbury Suite has now been refurbished and is a stunning venue for wedding receptions up to 200 guests. As you would expect it has a sprung dance floor and a stage for disco and bands if required.

A smaller more intimate reception can be held in our Wedmore or Avon Suites, they take 50 and 40 people and will offer a relaxed and comfortable occasion.

Conferences and Meetings

Our meeting and conference rooms, the Wedmore and Avon Suites will take a maximum of 50 and 40 people. The room is light, airy, spacious and ideal for a “wide awake” meeting. Our rooms are for hire for day or evening at excellent rates. We offer full catering packages or pay per person.

Weddings

The hotel currently has a civil licence for weddings and has provided a beautiful backdrop for many a happy wedding day. The wedding can take place in a number of locations within the hotel and one of our members of staff will be happy to show you around these rooms. We have a lovely combination of being a city centre hotel but having beautiful gardens for drinks and pictures. We can take up to 60 guests seated for a sit down wedding lunch and a further 40 for the evening function.

In total we have three entertainment halls, we have the Bau Nash suite, which can seat about 70 people for a sit down meal, ideal for wedding receptions, and this suite also has a dance floor.

Are second suite is the Beck Ford Suite, this can seat about 60 people for a meal.

Are third is the Drawing Room, with a large oak table that can seat about 20 people

Wedding Receptions

We have held lots of very special occasions for bride and grooms. Our function rooms are very flexible for taking party sizes from 20 to 180. We are happy to organise meals to suit all budgets from finger buffets to full a la carte dining.

The Wharfedale Suite can accommodate up to 180 people for a reception. It is a magnificent room with stained-glass done, large bay windows with direct access to the gardens – an excellent setting for a wedding reception or private parties.

Our chef prepares menus to suit all tastes and budgets and with a high standard of customer service, our friendly team will ensure you have a successful event and an enjoyable stay with us.

We have 7 conference rooms catering for anything from 10 people to 220 people. We also have a number of room layouts to suit your needs. Room hire is very competitive as are our food and tea and coffee pricing. All of our conference suites have disabled access.
